Malcolm Goodridge

Malcom Goodridge

Spent 20 years in process engineering and mechanical engineering works management before joining Teleformance in 2001. He loves the friendly atmosphere and the satisfaction from seeing the results of machine tool orders from his leads.

As a child, Malcolm dreamed of becoming a tree surgeon. He says his most treasured possession is his tool kit and so it’s probably not surprising that his favourite pastime is property maintenance, followed closely by watching Rugby Union 6 Nations and World Cup. A recent proud achievement was cooking a perfect Christmas ham for the first time in 37 years!

Chris Wale

Chris Wale

Worked extensively in lead generation for healthcare and manufacturing recruitment before joining Teleformance in 2000. He loved his job so much that he became a partner in the company and subsequently took over the business in 2013

The best thing about the company, he says, is the team, their focus and satisfaction from delivering successful and great value campaigns. He loves the fact that everyone works well together and shares their successes.

His childhood ambition was to become a Royal Marine Commando or maybe a secret agent but all in all, now he’d rather be at Teleformance.
